"the secret"

just recently, i mean last week, we watched this movie entitled "The Secret".
To make the 3 hours movie short...
It is all about the "law of attraction".
It means that what you think, you say, you want is thrown in the atmosphere
and if you think of it more...
it will happen.
confused?!

LAW OF ATTRACTION

if you want something & you think of it as your possession & you are sure that it will be yours,
it will be yours.
you want to have lots of money, think of it... you'll have it!
the researchers said that when you say or think something, you throw it outside thew universe and the universe will response according to what you say or think.
ofcourse with your actions that is according to what you want to happen.
amazing, ain't?

After the movie, we had this open forum inside the class whether we believe it or not.
And most of them said, they believe on it.
They cite some situations where they experience such.
Sam, one of my classmates shared this incident she engaged just a month ago.

She was with her boyfriend who's kept looking at his watch and looked uneasy.
Sam suspected that his boyfriend is hurrying for someone.
And that could be the ex-gf of her bf that was working on a shop near the place.
So when his bf finally bid goodbye to her, she asked her friends to accompany her to that shop.
As soon as she arrived with her friends on that shop, she affirmed her thought.
Her boyfriend was fetching his ex-gf on that shop.

Another story was shared by our teacher.
One night she was thinking what will she do if in the middle of the night, someone will knock on their door and tell them something happened to his father.
Few days later, while she was fast asleep, a group of teenagers knocked on their door in the wee hour of the night...
and what she thought, happened. (her father encountered an accident but not that serious. you bet! she was so relieved that his father wasn't seriously hurt)

These stories might really make you think if it is true. It could be just a mere co-incident, but how come that things happened exactly the way you thought it will happen?
A psychic ability, maybe.It's amazing to know that there are people who can predict things.
But is it helpful or a disaster?

Well, I don't experience serious incidents like what my classmates or my teacher had.
The only thing I remember was every time I think about a movie I watched before, a few days later, it will be featured on the cable TV. Or if I think about eating at french fries, my Mom will invite me to eat @ Mcdonalds. Or when i am out of money, my Mom will give me some. Maybe it's a proof to that Law of Attraction or maybe my mom noticed that i ma craving for Mcdonalds or maybe she observed that I don't keep my wallet as well as before (it means nothing precious inside. haha)

If this Law of attraction is true... then, we can have anything we want as long as we are affirmative that we can get it or have it. And if it's true, what about God? the One we believe who gives what we really NEED... what about the DESTINY? that says that if you're not meant to have it, you're not going to have it...
it's confusing right? but what is good about this law of attraction is that it teaches you to be a POSITIVE PERSON. It teaches you how to start the day having something on your mind that serves as an inspiration or a goal.

honestly, I practice this Law of Attraction in my life until now. I wake up, i pray, i thank God for giving me another day to live & kept thinking that everything on this day will be fine. I think of positive things & live life the way I want it. I don't frown 'much' and when I'm sad, I listem to music & reflect of what are the good effects of it to me. When I get mad, I just sleep... I remain quiet... i let it go. If it's bad, let it go. that's the key!

We have different perception on this "secret" that was revealed infront of us.

And I perceived this as a source of hope. It taught me to assume & look life the way I want it to be and believe that what I dream right now will come true as long as I don't give up to reach that goal/dream & do things that will lead me to it.

the only thought of this is that
what will happen to us is our choice & our will.
if we want to be successful, we must perform things that will pilot us to success.
we must think & hope & have fate that we will be successful.

"we are the captain of our soul".
